CC & Company Salon & Spa desires to offer superior quality Salon & Spa services with the highest level of attention to the smallest detail. Our team of highly trained stylists, technicians and therapists offer the latest trends in fashion forward styles, techniques and relaxation therapies.
Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes before you appointment. If you are late for your appointment that time will be deducted from your service. Please dress in comfortable clothing to assure that all our guest have a pleasant experience. Please turn off cell phones and observe the whisper zone. Children are not permitted in the spa area.
Confirmations and Cancellations: all appointments must be confirmed either with a credit card or gift certificate number. We will be happy to rearrange your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, otherwise you will be charged for that service. We do not accept cancellation by email or on voice mail.
Retail merchandise has a 30 day exchange policy. Jewelry and Handbags are final sale.
Upgrades: Please let us know if you would like additional services when you make your appointment. Gratuity can be added for parties of four or more.
